1. Eligibility & Accuracy

By submitting this application, you certify that you are at least 18 years of age and that all information provided—including your work experience, WhatsApp number, and resume—is truthful and accurate. Misrepresentation of experience will lead to immediate and permanent blocking.

2. Account Status Lifecycle

Our platform utilizes an automated status management system. By registering, you acknowledge the following states:

• Pending: Your application is under review.

• Approved: You have full access to the bidding and work modules.

• Frozen: If your account remains inactive or if there is a pending administrative query, your account may be Frozen.While frozen, you cannot grab new bids or submit work.

• Blocked: Persistent inactivity (10+ days in Frozen status) or violations of policy will result in an automated Blocked status.

3. Automatic Deletion Policy

To maintain database integrity, accounts that remain in a Blocked status for more than 10 consecutive days will be subject to permanent deletion. This includes the removal of your profile and uploaded resume from our servers.

4. Bidding & Work Submissions

• Grabbed Bids: Once you Grab a bid, you are expected to communicate with the administration and submit the required work within the specified deadline.

• Bid Limits: Failure to complete grabbed bids may result in your account being manually frozen by the administrator.

• Payment: Payouts are only processed for work that has been marked as Approved  in the Submissions module.

5. Communication

You agree to receive automated email notifications and WhatsApp communications regarding your account status (Approval, Freezing, or Blocking). It is your responsibility to monitor the Track Status section of your dashboard for updates.

6. Data Privacy & Backups

Upon the deletion of your account (either manually or via the 10-day automated cleanup), a text-based backup of your registration data is stored in our secure server archives for audit purposes. Your physical resume file, however, is permanently deleted from our active storage.
